I can tell you as a host - this is not correct and should only show this way if you have the absolute <href> path with the IP which I am sure you do not. I think the apache or IIS settings are incorrect with your host. But them telling you it is setup ok is not true.

Try http://www.dnsreport.com and that will give you a full detail on your domain and show any errors. At that point you will then have a starting point for troubleshooting.

Sounds like you need to setup your mx, a and possibly cname records. But your panel be it any common ones should already set these up for you. Maybe provide more info on the panel and I can be of further assistance.

I agree, you should also search the forums for a enom reseller provider. Some will allow you to signup with no deposit. If you go direct through enom I beleive you have to deposit $500.
