Thanks a bunch! that helped a lot, since this will be a page that only I will see, I changed the submit form's action to "GET" so it passes the variables in the "sysdocadd.html" URL, and used $_GET to load them into variables on the sysdocadd.php, and add them to the database using the correct INSER...

I agree with Unflux, ATNO/TW, and Bigwebmaster on this one... basically there is a time and place for everything... there can be very informative, artistic, and useful websites that have frames and Iframes, just like Unflux has demonstrated.
