Totally agree spork - unfortunately the rubber ducky debugging method hasn't worked for me. Apparently needs to be a real person for some reason. Even someone who has absolutely no idea what I'm talking about. Seems to work well for me nearly every time.

Nevermind...I just figured it out. It's because I was using single quotes rather than double quotes in my foreach statement.

Why is it I get stuck on something for 2 days, and then post here and figure it out in seconds? I should post on here more often hahaha.

I've tried everything I can personally think of to create a new line in my email being sent from php. "\n", "\r", "<br>" all end up being part of the email text rather than new lines. Anyone know what the issue is? Here's the part of the script that sends the mess...

I'm working on a pretty large project right now and will need to send a large amount of data to a php script to be parsed and entered into a database. The data will be generated by a java applet (not javascript, java - just to be clear). There will be somewhere around 800 - 1000 points of informatio...

Not a problem at all, delta. This kind of stuff happens to every programmer a LOT! Best thing you can do when you can't find the issue is to step away for 15 minutes or so and come back to it. If that doens't help, that's what we're here for.

Glad it's all worked out, happy coding!

As far as I can tell, there is no "anna" in your case statement, so your setting $image[0] = 'img_active'. That's all the script is doing when clicking on anything that isn't in the case statement. Is that what you want to happen?

Looks good. I'd suggest a visual horizontal divider of some sort between each area under "What can I do with Living Junction". A simple light-green <hr> tag between them with plenty of margin above and below it would probably do the trick. See below: Screen Shot 2012-08-07 at 12.00.4...

I've been using dreamweaver pretty much since I started doing web development. No I don't use it as a WYSIWYG, only the code view. But sometimes it bugs me. There's only 1 feature that keeps me from learning the ins and outs of a different IDE - dynamic files. When I open an HTML or PHP file in Drea...

okay cool. Just wanted to make sure I had the right idea. There are several places where I'll be using this structure on the database so I was wondering if you would mind giving me an example query of how to select all items that a user has destroyed / created including the item name and the user na...

all users will have a record of all items. Item 1 can be created any number of times, and destroyed any number of times by the owner of the item. There is an instance of item 1 for each user. Each user can create or destroy their instance of item 1 as many times as they want. Items have set names, b...

simply use html instead of php and wrap it in a code and pre tag: [code] <pre><code> //Let us ensure that you only make between 1 to 10 fields. if (($fields > 0) && ($fields <= 10)) { echo "<h3>Your form has been created, please customise it for your needs...

Then I'd probably set it up as an intranet website where the student can login. Add a small content management system that the teacher can log into and set up the tests.
