what is that thingy running in the background ?

why is this and that loaded ?

what program does this file belong to ?

can I safely get rid of this ?

do I absolutely need this program running.

Very handy list. I am always checking what is running in the background and there are times I have to do a bunch of research because of something that looks a bit suspicious.
