Install PEAR Packages

Im going to mess around with the Diggs API. The problem is that they require that you install the API. I'm not 100% sure how to do this.

You need command line access to install PEAR packages, so you can run the pear command. I'm not sure if a standard user has permission to install a PEAR package, though I wouldn't imagine you would.

Either way, just SSH in (http://ftp.ssh.com/pub/ssh/SSHSecureShe ... -3.2.9.exe) and run the command given on Digg's API Instruction page (pear install Services_Digg) and if it doesn't throw an error message, try it out.

If it doesn't work you should probably message Bryan (unflux) personally and ask him if he'll let you do this or if he'll do it for you. It's no big strain on the server or anything, so I'd imagine he'd be pretty cool about it.
