From what I understand it isn't so much a weight loss miracle. I guess it is high in antioxidants which are generally healthy, and it is in the same family of berries as blueberries so you could eat those instead and have the same benefits.

If you want to lose weight, eat less food, eat healthier food, and get yourself off the couch and do something active outside. A year ago when I was considering the military I lost 40 pounds by replacing soda pop with water and junk snack foods with fruits and veggies and working out every day. One thing I did was while I was watching tv in the evenings, I would do 10 push ups and 10 sit ups in every commercial break, by the end of the evening that turned out to be over a hundred of each. That was in addition to my planned workout routine.

How do you spell gimmick?

Stop trying to take the "easy way" to not being fat. Eat healthy and excersize. It's worked for a lot of people for a lot of years.

well of course you have to excersise and eat better but the pills help curve your appetite and they aren't an energy pill like post that boost up your pulse rate.

Originally I believe it was Mark (and I am still waiting for that response with a link in it), but it seemed to grab interest from other members. My wife even drinks Acai Berry drinks since it was on Oprah. I don't see the point in the stuff really, if you just eat right and exercise that is the best thing you can do for your body.
