I must admit, it is a bit more professional (and obviosuly personal) with
the pic avatars. I think I may actually grow to like it...although I was
against it at first.

actually it can be spelled both ways "duck' or "duct" tape ;) I have to watch the movie "torque" and I'll let you know if it is worth seeing or not. I did get to go to a street scene shot and watch the bar fight for the movie. :D

It exceeds your file dimensions too. You will need to crop it and reduce the file size. Maximum dimensions are 120x120, although the majority of us are using 117x117 for the picture avatars.
