I have some dodgy home brand keyboard with trackball built in where the arrow keys go.

Much like you find in a rack mounted server setup.
Only my keyboard is older than my kids (16 years) and still going strong!.
Sure I replaced NUMOCK LED once and cleaning the rollers can be a real bitch (requires pulling the keyboard apart), but its what I am used to...

I find it really great for games!!!, really quick.
