Looking into buy a new comp...Not sure where to go from, but here are some Dell's from there site

Desktops
http://www1.us.dell.com/content/product ... l=en&s=dhs

Notepads
http://www1.us.dell.com/content/product ... l=en&s=dhs

Tell me which one you would reccomend most for me from each the desktops and notepads. I dont want to spend tons of money but would like a good computer that can play games on it, run all of my graphics and website programs etc...

or if you have any other suggestions let me no.

Also I'm looking into buying a wireless router. Any you can reccomend that I can hook up a few comps w/ and my xbox.

Thanks in advance

As far as laptops go, personally I'd go for a Sony VAIO (Yeah I know I'm gonna get slammed for that). I love the look & feel of VAIO laptops, and I've never personally experienced a problem with them (aside from Win2K driver availability, when the system comes dist'd with WinXP and I want to format, heh).

For a desktop, I always build my own system, although the Dell Dimension 450v (486 DX2/50) I bought in 1994 is still running well, heh (my dad has inherited it now just to do email).

you can customize them with all the componenets you want. make the same computer at dell and its 2x as much at least.

I bought my wife a gateway laptop and she loves it and I actually like it. It came with a 30GB HD and a DVD-ROM/CD-RW. Nice big screen too. I also prefer to build my own desktops. Not only does it save money, it ensures you get what you want.

Buy ABS computers. They are rated way more reliable than even Dell. There systems just cool to look at also.

I have a Dell Inspiron notebook. Its a decent comp except for the fact that its refurbished. Refurbished = it has little annoying problems = crap.

I've got a Dell Latitude laptop that has made me pretty happy.

I don't know why you'd get slammed for that Axe. For A/V equipment, Sony is the only name I even consider. Although, I must admit, I had you pegged for a gray/white super tower with the side panels perpetually removed. LOL. Now I realize, you gots style.
