My big damn riddle

If you have seen this riddle before and/or know the correct answer, I ask that you please not participate so that others may ask questions and make guesses. The solution to this is well known and is posted in many places on the Internet. A quick Google search will reveal it. If you already know or choose to look up the answer, please refrain from posting in this thread.

Here's the deal: you may only ask yes/no questions, and you may not ask more than 2 questions at a time until they have been answered. Multiple people may ask their questions at once, but any individual person may not ask more until theirs have been answered.

This riddle was given to my eighth grade class way back when I was in, well, eighth grade. Yes, there is a solution, and yes, I know what it is.

The riddle:
A man walks into a bar and orders raw albatross. He takes one bite of it, gets up, walks outside, and shoots himself. Why?

Remember, you may only ask two yes/no questions at a time. I will answer them as frequently as I can.
