I can't connect to symantec

I need to connect to symantec so I can run my live update. Has anyone else had this problem and how do I fix it? Thanks

Warchild, please don't crosspost your question in multiple boards. It just gets confusing. I just answered your question in the windows board, probably while you were typing this. Go back and check there and please, keep this subject to that thread. There's plenty of folks here that will do everything they can to help you get it resolved.
