Yes it is. Spend like 1+ hour(s) looking through all of their pictures until I decided to go to the directory where they hold all the pics and see all of them through that in order

I like pictures where people are caught in that tiny fraction of a moment where they are posing weird and making stupid faces, they make me feel superior.

Nonetheless, they are being stupid and it still makes me feel smart. Just looking at it, her leg does look kind of out of place, maybe a photoshop chop job. What some people call dancing surprises me!

The best part is the giant "X" in permanent marker on his hand, indicating that he is underage and thus completely sober while performing this "dance move".

Most venues at a lot of the concerts I go to tend to do it (we're talking small, standing room only kinds of places). It allows them to card once at the door and not have to take the time carding people inside.

we don't really have stuff like that ... at some bars maybe but most just sorta check what you look like and then they either let you in or not ... strange ...

Around here at the bars they have this 18 and over night where anyone over the age of 18 can get in. I did that when I was 19 once, and it pissed me off. Nobody told me there was a band that night, so there was a $5 cover, which was all the money in my wallet. So here I am with this stupid bright orange hospital bracelet on my wrist saying I am under 21, drinking water because I couldn't afford a coke or anything. They use hospital bracelets here, which is strange because it seems like one could just cut it off and then get alcohol illegally.

The only times I really see it is at concerts. There's just so many people walking around and so much going on, the X's make it easier for bouncers to spot underage kids with alcoholic beverages in their hands, even if the kids didn't buy them themselves.

oh okay ... the problem here is ... in SA, alcohol is part of our national past-times ... I think of myself ... I started drinking at about 15 ... and that wasn't something new to anyone ... but smoking ... oh noes ... that was just wrong ...

Why is it that you have to be 21 to buy near beer?

Near beer is the un-alcoholic beer. It supposedly tastes like beer and everything, but doesn't give you a buzz. I've never had it.

Right, it doesn't have alcohol, but you can't buy it if you are under 21. I wonder if it is illegal to drink it if you are under 21 too.
