Copies of StackExchange websites

I've been coming across a TON of these websites and its really annoying, the StackExchange sites usually come up first on google, but going to another website that has the exact same answer just gets old.

They are just direct copies of the StackExchange network.

Question Hub isnt as bad because it actually provides a service above just coping direct content.

I'm almost at the point where I'll probably just completely block them via custom google search options.

Same thing with expert-exchange, its just a waste in google search results.

If only there were a way to prevent people from just going around copying websites so we didn't have 50 websites with exact same content, like some sort of, oh I don't know, copyright.
