CSS 3 - What is it?

I have to write some stuff about 500 words on CSS 3 for a college problem is I had a look at the website and there is absolute nothing on it you do a search on Google and there is noting helpful (probably because nobody is at all interested) so if you could help me that would be ace! All I really need to know is what CSS 3 has that CSS 2 does not have.

You can use the bullet points for the purpose of your assignment.

There is much more to it than internationalization but that would probably be enough to meet the requirements of your assignment.
