Yeah that is my daughter and wife :). Dora is a great program "ahola" :)

I have 4 screens that if you want to move from one to another you can either just select it or use the cube effect :) I prefer the cube :)

the 4 screens are
main
programming
music
testing ( like virtual box etc for virtual machines )

I just really like my setup so much easier than having 4 real screens dotted around and also saves on power :)

does anyone else have a video of there desktop ?

Here's my background for the time being. Nothing special really, just a nice motomachine.
Like Mr Spork, I also write about my interest in alcoholic beverages.

No point in having a video for mine. Basic black background, no frills or jiggly bits. :)

Had an issue with saved files/etc going behind the dock so right click, arrange by, uncheck show desktop icons, then made a desktop shortcut on the rocketdock...
works I guess..

So here's a theoretical question: If you could have only one of the following, which would it be? A single 30 inch wide screen monitor or dual 24 inch monitors?

Myself, I think I'd go with the dualies. One big ass monitor is cool, but there is just an extra bit of coolness with a pair of monitors.

I've already got dual 22's on my work machine, so I'd go with a 30 to replace the 19 on my personal machine. :)

...and yes, having 3840x1080 across two flat screens is kind of fun.

I'd rather have one monitor above the other.
