Haha! The press originally reported that they'd be taking a horse and carrige to the wedding, however additional sources confirmed that only the horse and Charles will be in attendance.

To be honest, this is one of the funnies stories i have heard in a while. Although this is the serious story about a couple who are in love, i have yet to find somebody who either cares or is happy about the story.

Its obvious shes only marrying him to become a member of the monarch.

They've had a relationhip since well before he married Diana. I think they've always pretty much had a thing for each other. You're right though SB - there is a general sense of apathy regarding the matter.
I don't see why the queen can't go either. It's her son's wedding day, yet she can't go as the church will say that she's condoning divorce and divorcees remarrying.

Are we supposed to care? I don't care if Hans and Frida in Germany get married, why should I care if Charles and Camilla in England get married? I don't know them.

It was light. I'm genuinely curious. I think it's funny that the press wants to make such a big thing of it - oh look, they're finally marrying, and it's like so?

You have no idea how bad I wanted to type that exact question the first time I saw this post. Of course I know who they are...primarily a bad Brittish joke -- no offence intended for our UK members.

Yes, and if they have any good California [c]hampagne, I'll double that remark -- if you disbelieve me? -- hey, count my lips! Please send tickets. Plane fare. Expense account charge strip-plasti-thingies. A good tall hat (great for hiding [c]hampagne Heheheh...). Oh yeah - one of those maestro suits, mine's at Maestro's Cleaners next to Hill Street Batons and Hat Rings, Ltd.

Thanks in advance. :?

I have to make a confession I'm not invited!! Something to do with a drunken slur in front of Charles about the remarkable similarity between his future wife and my puppies backside. I mean twas only a joke.
