Hi All

Anyone know of any reason why a domain would be showing at http://domain(dot)com and not http://www.domain(dot)com??

Set it up over 48 hours ago... this is driving me nuts!

well domain.com is your domain. to have http://www.domain.com you need to add an A Record for the www. You do this at your domain registrar.

then if you want to redirect domain.com to http://www.domain.com you'd set up a rule in your .htaccess file
Code: [ Select ]
RewriteEngine On

RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^domain\.com$ [NC]
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.domain.com/$1 [R=301,L]
  1. RewriteEngine On
  2. RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^domain\.com$ [NC]
  3. RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.domain.com/$1 [R=301,L]

Our forum rules for posting links have changed

I still can't get that image though, however you can now upload it as an attachment here per these instructions.

that all is fine, and the www is working for me too

All you need to do then is just add what I posted above to your htaccess file and the redirect should work instantly.
