Agreed with Axe -- I'd go with something like "newworldb2b.com" (which is available, btw)

I don't particularly like any of them, but that's the best of
what's listed. And as for newworldb2b.com, I don't like the 2
w's together.

Yeah, I try to avoid having domains with two or more words where the first letter of one word is the same as the last letter of the preceding word. It gets too confusing, and allows your competitors to steal the typo-traffic.

The key comes down to creativity and marketing. The question becomes, how creative can you be and how can you market it?

You pick the marketing scheme first...then you work the name around it. It's obvious you're trying to do that...just step it up a notch on the creativity.

Yeah, it is tough to get good names these days on domains... Most of the really good ones have been taken, but still, just have a browse around http://www.whoisreport.com

They have a "Domain Explorer" and it'll show previously registered & dropped domain names. Just type in a word, and it'll go searching. Maybe it'll give you a few ideas. :)

It's hard for somebody else to know what's the right domain name for you without knowing about the industry, what the common terms are, the people, etc. You might be able to find another word that everybody in the industry uses regularly, but isn't quite so obvious until you go hunting for it. You might want to check a thesaurus too for alternate words for the same definitions. :)

hmm al of those are (in my opinion) WAY to long, however it is probably very difficult to get a good short domain.

something like b2business.com could work as there is only one full word

also long names are bad for people like me who can't spell, and therefore, can't get to your site

edit: oh damn... all the b2business are taken (com, net, org)
