EXPORT Mozilla Favorites

Hi Mozilla is my favorite browser. And I have several machines I work on and would like to have my favorites on all of them. Is there a way to export them into a file so that I can put them on the other machines. I looked online for help and it said to go FILE> EXPORT> then something else. Problem. On my menu there is no "EXPORT" option. Can anyone help?
