I've always heard people rave about FF, but I hav enever played any of
them. I believe I rented VII once, but never got into it for some reason.

I kinda wish I had, cuz I love RPG's. I loved Wild Arms on PSX, but I'm
not a fan of FPS at all, so I've never played any very much.

I played the first of the C&C games, but for some reason the story/setting
of Tiberian Sun was more appealing to me. Red Alert was good too though.

I love the Resident Evil series to death! (pun intended ;))

yea, actually making the characters speak i thought was awsome, but if u still had to read it i wouldn't mind, i would still buy it just to see the story ;)
but i heard there are no "aeons" in ffx-2
but they were probably the best part

just thought i would say, has ne1 heard or played TA in their time?

Yeah, but FF9 didn't really have Aeons er whatever till I think the very end of the game... One thing is that I sure wish they would STOP changing what they are called. Every game they are called something different like FF8 was girlfriend's FFX it was Aeons MY GOD!! Every game that I know of they are called somethind different yet they all seem to have the same "whatever (aeons)" as well as the same names like Infrit. Anyways, I like the side games but never really got into the card games that much but I LOVED blitzball in FFX.. Also, the coolest part about FFX is that for the first time you can deal more damage and higher HP than 9,999.. You can make your HP 99,999 and your damage 99,999!! It's the coolist thing since the Squall's Lion Heart in FFVIII.. Only thing is it takes 4 EVER!!! I got like 145 hours on FFX and STILL not maxed on all characters.. Of course you can use that trick to get crap loads of points for the sphere grid.. Anyways, i am still trying to collect 10 of every species except I got them all but the tom berry in the cave where you get Yojimbo secret aeon.. I sware to god they are so freakin rare.. i have like 2 or 3 and have like 20+ hours in that cave trying to find more.. Anyways, I can talk all day and night about FF so I will shut up now..

3. Quake3
4. Super Mario (original from SNES)

I haven't played halo yet but it looks very cool too. I plan to get it when its available for PC which should be soon.

I don't know. You should see the preview for Halo2 for Xbox. Here are a few links you should check out to see it. The second link is outstanding!

http://www.xbox.com/en-US/xboxtv/defaul ... 2007&bw=hi

http://www.gamepro.com/microsoft/xbox/g ... 4763.shtml

These previews are almost convincing me to go buy an Xbox right now.

Halo can not be compared to anything other than Halo 2 because they are on a completely different level to any other games. Halo is just pure fun and amazement. It is the only game that had thousands of people to buy and XBOX just to play it alone.

Have to admit, its been a while since I've had the time to play games (so what am I doing browsing this part of Ozzu!?), but I have to say the games I REMEMBER the most with a tear of nostalgia are:

1. The Secret of Monkey Island I and II
2. Ultima VII

And the game that's impressed me the most in recent years is:

1. Grand Theft Auto III

Monkey Island .... nice call. I wouldn't put it in my top 3, but good memories.

1. Golden eye (n64)
2. Age of Empires II (PC)
3. Baseball stars (original nintendo)

I love Golden Eye. We used to always have these huge tournaments with that game. Who is the short guy? Odd job? He always had a huge advantage. I would have to say my favorite part of that game was playing tournaments in the Temple with the golden gun.
