Found web site: how not to get screwed over

i was running through the clientsfromhell web site having a rofl and i come across this video and i watch it and i went back to the site to check it out. i found it a interesting idea but this youtube video they made just sold the web site for them. it is a gold idea.

really funny video and rather useful, but they are right saying it is unfair!haha!nothing can be free!!!good idea!it should be developed in appropriate direction. i have some ideas, thanks.

Good to see someone likes the idea just as much as i do, it is simple and genius but sometimes customers don't make it easy either. lol
