many places. http://www.freewebs.com, http://www.bravehost.com and if you learn to use flash, you can use that. THere was a website that made a flash website for you and you drag and drop the elements but that was in my spam folder :P so i forget what it was. FFreewebs has some nice templates that are easy to edit. And you can upload medai to them.

If you want a domain like http://www.mysite.tk go to dot.tk once you finish making a site.

If you adhere to thier rules regarding traffic (you must maintain a certian level of traffic), site management (they can use space on your site to do with what they like, no limited to ads), and copyright waiver (they can display your site or portions thereof across other URLs including paid member sites as they wish).

Looks like a crap deal to me.

Just learn HTML. You'll be far better off if you do. I've seen all these sites that people make using geocities site builer or whatever, and to be honest, they look completely sh*t. The layout etc if awful. You'll have very little control over how it looks. If it's a serious website you're making, look into learning HTML, and then paying for webspace and a domain name. Besides the fact that using free hosts means having http://www.freewebs.com/yoursite or whatever, it also means you're gonna have adds and file space limits.
