As some of you would know, I just recently uploaded my site onto the web and have a forum there with my template/theme on it. What I am wondering, is how you, successful forum starters, got your forum started?

Right now, I got only one suggestion for me... keep posting and making content. Is there any other suggestions out there into creating a successful community?

Thanks :D

Well, I don't know if this is acceptable but I receive PM's from other members from other forums asking me to sign up in their forum, maybe you could do the same thing. Or you could make an announcement that you have a forum and you are looking for members through your signature and include a link there.

Well, I put two links in my signature (The bolded words... I know that they don't look much like links  ) that leads to my forum... I'll think about making an announcement about it :D
