i got a car accident this month

the other guy went thru the red traffic light and truck my car, and my car was totalled......the worse news is, he doesnt have insurance covered......

All to often this is the case Anmericano.

I think all drivers should be made to display up to date insurance details in the window under the tax disc...

..Oh wait...is that driver of a car taxed...sheesh?

I mean any car.
