im registered and licensed to carry a concealed weapon in the state of texas, and if that happened here you are within the law to shoot first and ask questions later. if it is on your property and it is night time (by definition, dark)

(although i wouldnt do that cuz id probably end up shooting someone i didnt want to by mistake)

but a few shots in the air might eliminate the problem for good, and maybe even make him piss his pants in the mean time.. hehe
