This week's victim has been requested a couple of times. I for one am looking forward to learning more about one of the Ozzu gods. (ok, that may be a little strong. ha!)

Let's get to know UNFLUX!!!

1. Tell us about your kid(s?) (see a photo here - http://www.ozzu.com/ftopic20489.html).

2. Give us an update on your new company since your departure from the 9 to 5 world.

3. What's your favorite meal or restaurant?

4. Age?(if you dare or care to answer)

5. What, if any, are your plans for your future?

6. Tell us about where you live.

7. What/When/How/Why did you become a webmaster?

8. Tell us about your first kiss.

9. Tell us about your best quality (real or imagined).

10. Who is your hero?

Please take your time, you've got a whole week to answer.

Let's get to know UNFLUX!!!
Hello there, and I'm happy to be here. :)
1. Tell us about your kid(s?) (see a photo here - http://www.ozzu.com/ftopic20489.html).
Yes, that's my son Matthew. And I have a daughter as well, Emily.
Matthew is 9mo and Emily is just over 3yo. They're definitely my pride
and joy. The wifey that goes along with them isn't half bad herself
either. :P (she'll kill me for saying that.)

Here's a pic of Emily on her 3rd birthday: EMILY
2. Give us an update on your new company since your departure from the 9 to 5 world.
UNFLUX is going well, and definitely full-time. It's too early to really
tell yet, but this time around it certainly feels "real" to me. I have
several projects wrapping up this week, and just signed on a couple
more. Things are going very well, and precisely why I left the 9-5 world.
3. What's your favorite meal or restaurant?
I love so many different foods -- italian & chinese are my top favs.
But since i have to pick, anything italian -- I swear I was italian in a past
life, between my love for it's culture, history, and food.

I love lasagna, definitely my favorite dinner of all time. Probably because
there's so many layers of different ingredients, and as a metaphor, I'm a
multi-layered person. I know that's sort of corny, but I've always
    enjoyed a good metaphor.
4. Age?(if you dare or care to answer)
I'm not embarrassed by my age at all -- I'm 29, turn 30 in march. :bday:
5. What, if any, are your plans for your future?
My plans are already in full swing, and that's UNFLUX. I can't wait to
have it to where I hope to be. UNFLUX-HQ (myOffice) is more then
halfway built now, and that's the next major phase of the business
becoming legitimate == having a place to "go to work," even if it's in my
    own home. Image
6. Tell us about where you live.
really?? ummm...not much to tell really.

Good ol' Hanover, PA. The only reason we live here is because it is
dirt cheap! The house we bought is 60,000$ less than 9 miles away in
Maryland...no-brainer really. It's a classic PA small town. You aren't
    missing much, that's for sure.
7. What/When/How/Why did you become a webmaster?
The band I was in needed a web page, so I volunteered. Learning as I
went, That was back in 1997, and the rest as they say, is history.

I started out pretty much like everyone else, tons of animated gifs, awful
color schemes, and no clue on how to design graphics. It's been a lot
longer than it feels, but it feels really good where I am with it now. Who
would have thought that a hobby could turn into my profession. And
NOTHING related whatsoever to my degree. (Sports Medicine)
8. Tell us about your first kiss.
It was totally planned with the girl, because she also hadn't kissed
anyone before. We decided on a place and time, then just
uhh...figured it out. (I'll leave the rest up your imagination.) Image
9. Tell us about your best quality (real or imagined).
    2 things -

    1. attention to detail. I spend so much time making sure every little thing
is correct, some say i spend too much. but that too me is the very
difference between those that are successful and those that just get by.

    2. making the best out of anything and everything. I feel like I'm a pretty
positive person, but I tend to expect the worst to begin with. Nowhere
to go but UP thinking that way, so I'm usually upbeat and fun.
10. Who is your hero?
Hero? hmm...who knows what a hero really is any more. The word
is used so loosely any more, it's dilluted and lost it's importance IMO.

I look up to different people for different things, but my true admiration
lies with virtues == love, dedication, desire.... I have genuine admiration
for things that command respect and honor.

My father's career as a dedicated Marine is one example. Michael
Jordan's desire, Cal Ripken Jr.'s work ethic is another. But there's not
just 1 person that I would call a "hero."

Thanks for putting me on the spot, I enjoyed doing it. :)

6. Soooo....are you a fan of Snyder's of Hanover, or Snyder's of Berlin? (I can remember for years when I lived in the south I would just crave Snyder's of Berlin BBQ chips and couldn't find them anywhere. Hanover pretzels were everywhere....just *aaaargh!)

1. Wifey is going to make you sleep on the couch for that one.

4. Date? (wanna make sure we get that birthday greeting in....)

9. Perfect answer. Too bad the whole world isn't like that.

Side note. You and I are about four hours apart as best I can tell. We should hook up. *w

You and your wife should stop whatever it is your doing and go make more babies. You have some beautiful kids!

So how long did you have to wait between making the date and fulfilment?
