HAPPY 2010!!!!

Happy New Years day. About 12 more hours and its 2010 (For me in Kansas anyway... it's 11:56 AM here).

Under 5 hours here now and i still have no clue what i am doing before midnight. I know i am heading to the street party in Edinburgh, but not entirely sure when and who with at this moment. I wish people would let me know what is happening

Anyway, happy new year!

I am just back home after my night in Edinburgh. I have to say that i really enjoyed the night and it really does go down as one of my favoured new years nights...although the temperatures could have been better.

It's now 03:30am and i am literally just in the door, i must have spent about 45 minutes waiting for a taxi at the taxi ranch and as a result of the -7C temperatures i quickly sobered up. I've been awake for 24 hours now, so i am going to go hit the sack and wake up sometime early January.

I used to be able to sleep when I couldn't -- and If I made myself some noodles and eat. These days I find it a hindrance to my sleep if I eat. Am I getting old? I should just avoid food before sleep.
