Firefox actually celebrated it's 5th birthday roughly a month ago on November 9th.

I always think of it as being older because I still remember using Phoenix as early as 2002 before it became Firebird / Thunderbird and then Firefox.

Doesn't Thunderbird still exist as a mail reader ?

I also use Thunderbird as my mail client. I love how it works with tagging keywords with IMAP. The way I have it setup is very similiar to how GMAIL works.

Also Thunderbird 3 is much better than Thunderbird 2. I have been using Thunderbird 3 beta versions and it has a really nice archive button as well which allows you to archive any message once you are done with it. This keeps the inbox clean. For those interested the latest is here:
