The Prizoner of Azkaban is one of my favorites from the series so the movie should be pretty awesome. Especially with Ian McKellen as Dumbledore! ^_^

sorry hun, but Ian McKellen is not playing Dumbledore. There's been
plenty of rumors and lots of speculation, even with Christopher Lee
(Saruman in LOTR) playing Dumbledore this time. But non of it is true.

Here's what I found at http://www.HarryPotter.com --
Quote:
The story of the third Harry Potter movie reunites Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson as Harry, Ron and Hermione. They are of course teamed opposite Tom Felton who continues as Harry's long standing adversary Draco Malfoy.

They are joined by Gary Oldman who plays the ominous figure of Sirius Black, Michael Gambon, who takes on the role of Hogwart's revered Headmaster Albus Dumbledore, Dame Maggie Smith who returns to play Professor McGonagall, the enigmatic Potions Professor Snape and Robbie Coltrane who plays Hagrid.

Well, damn. :-( I had heard the rumors too and the Dumbledore in the trailer looks a lot like him. I suppose I need to stop posting past 11 PM, my mind gets to be quite fuzzy!

Christopher Lee was going be him! Oh well, we all fall to the "they said"
sometimes. :P ;)

somehow I can't picture gary oldman as anything other than Zorg... can't wait to see this one. But aren't the kids, like 17 now and they're supposed to be 13 in the book at this point? I too am a huge fan of Harry Potter, and I can't see how they are going to continue using the same kids... they'll be 25 by the time the last movie come around!

I don't think I've seen anything in which I've not thought him brilliant, really.

Agree 100% about July not coming soon enough, but I've got to find time to watch the 2nd movie before then. (shhhh... no, I've not seen it yet. I know, I know, I'm embarrassed enough, don't all gang up on me now...)

2nd movie is a far better movie no question. Unlike the
1st, it doesn't have to take any time explaining everything. The
story starts, and flows. You'll love it, no question.
