I believe #3 is Chiaki Mukai

In addition to her Doctorate in medicine and a doctorate in physiology, she is also board certified as a cardiovascular surgeon.

However, most notably she is Japan's first female astronaut.

I'm pretty comfortable I'm correct on this one.

I was thinking of suggestiing that if you could go back to number one and number two and inline image the original pictures you used in the original post question. I agree ATNO. Once the new picture was posted I got it immediately. I saw a show on him once, on CBC I believe. He's very smart alright, but he SERIOUSLY lacks social skills (from what I saw). It might have been a bad idea to advance him so quickly.
