I need some assistance. When I'm chatting on AIM and i click enter to send a message, there's a 5 second delay then the message is sent. But wen i talk through a direct connection all my messages are instant. Ya weird. Well my connection is fine and my comp can easily stream stuff and everything on my computer is fine except for AIM. If anyone has any feedback please tell me as soon as possible.

Aol screwed some stuff up bigtime. We can't even email to anyone with an @aol.com account -- they all get bounced.

For the last (approximately) 5 days any emails sent from our mail server to anyone @aol.com get bounced DATA544 Undeliverable. We host our own mail server and settings there are unchanged and only AOL is affected. I checked with our ISP and was informed that it's a problem on AOL's end, they are aware of it and know what it is and working on resolving it. I couldn't get any more info than that.

Yeh AOl Instant messengeris real dodgy. But you cant blame them they are one if not the most popular mesengers in the world and they experience alot of downtime due to overcrowding, spaming, hacking (havn't heard of anyone but just in case :) ), acount generation (yeh this does still get through) etc etc etc

I still like it though :P

Why don't you use Trillian?

Trillian is fantastic, My dad gave me his credit card to buy it lol.
You can get it: http://www.trillian.cc It's only $25 and you get many extras and skins.

Have fun
