Hello freinds!!!!

Have you guys been sad and disappointed without actually knowing what the matter is? What should we call it, a strange state of mind or a consequence of being extremely introvert? Whatever the reason is but one thing is for sure that this not only upsets us and affects our activities but turns our personality towards pessimism.I am still unable to uncover the reason behind this?

I would like you to share your experiences in this matter and what you have to say on this. Speak up your mind and post a reply to this if you feel like contributing something to this discussion.

Yes, right now I feel those feelings and I feel like I want to do something and take a rest. I really miss my girl when I feel this kind of strange feeling.

Nope. Have never experienced that. I always know why.

MK123, it probably means you are quite bored. Maybe you do things on a routine. Perhaps, try changing your work schedule, or take up some new healthy activities. If your symptom of feeling down without any reason persists, please consult a therapist. It is good that you are open about your feeling and willing to share. Also, probably the reason is "you do not know why" you are feeling sad. That is the emotion of you might be confused about something.

NB: I am NOT a certified therapist.

Sometimes it happens to me when I am really sad, but I just throw away sad thoughts out of my head and try not to think about them.

Yeah, sometimes we become sad without any reason. Maybe it caused by monotony of a life?

I always look at happiness like an analogue signal there is a peak at the top and a peak at the bottom, but for the peak at the top to go higher, the peak at the bottom must be lower so it is necessary to be sad every now and then, I think it's impossible for any human being to be happy all the time, so when you are sad, embrace it, be sad, get it out, and that way when you feel good you'll embrace that too and your "amplitude" of your emotion will get bigger ...

I always try to listen to the music when I have bad mood. I try to think about something good, so to say trying to be optimistic.
