Hey, how can I add the icon under my id??

Hey guys, I'm really wondering how I can add the icon under my id.
If anyone knows, please let me know. :)

You have to have a minimum of 15 posts at this time before you have the option to add the icon (the avatar) below your name on the left. Once you have 15 posts the option will be available in the PROFILE area which you can select at the top. It will be on the bottom of the profile page.

How come I can upload some images for my avatar but not others?

There is a maximum size requirement for uploaded avatars of 80x80 pixels and if I recall correctly it has to be under 6KB. This applies only to uploaded avatars. You can also link to external ones that can be slightly larger, but keep the width and hight in mind. Any avatars much larger than 120x120 will skew the page and will probably be removed.
