Hi all
does anyone know of a way to save the audio from an audiogenerator flash audio button to your hard disk, other than using a sound recording program to record the sound while it is playing?

You can find Audio Generator listed over at bigwebmaster.com:

As far as getting the sound out of the flash you would have to use some kind of Flash decompiler program I believe. I think when a Flash file is created objects are created and stored which are extractable. Check out this link:

http://www.srctec.com/flashdecompiler/

"Sothink SWF Decompiler MX 2002 Pro is a tool to browse, view and parse Shockwave Flash movies (.swf files). It can extract sounds, images, movie clips from a Flash movies. What's more, SWF Decompiler can decompile the action scripts in a Flash movie and turn them into neat and readable code."

Before you proceed though, make sure you know what you are doing is legal and isn't stealing as that is not why you should be using this software. Good luck.
