Hello Everyone,

I was just wandering what do you think.. just your opinion.. how much is my name LearnSuccess.com , I know .. I can just go to a domain appraisal expert or something and ask. But again, I am just asking for your opinion..

this is only the domain itself, it does not include any PR or content or anything like that

by the way, i am not selling it or anything.. I am just curious..

thank!

At LEAST $3500

I used to go to domain conferences and know some guys that won't even talk about selling a domain for less than $5000. You have a two word domain that makes sense (unlike something like wordmower or linenail.com which are two word useless domains)

What you have is valuable.

I have a single word domain that I am told is about $5000.

thanks for sharing your prospective digitalMedia, I think your comment
sounds like the price of a new "unregistered" domain.

It's a british term really. Since I'm from Canada, I knew what it meant.

Actually, I was making a joke...trying anyway.

I don't think a domain name has an implicit value other than what someone is willing to pay for it. I've seen a ton of threads recently of folks asking, "What's my site worth?", "What's my domain worth?", etc. I think it's very close to impossible for us to spitball and actual value, IMO.

I agree with dM. The domain/site is worth as much as people are willing to pay for it. That's what auctions are good for. They put a true value to things :D

I have to agree with camperjohn's comments. That fact that it's a domain composed of two English words that make sense in the context of each other makes it a potentially valuable domain.

I honestly don't think it's worth anything. There are a few domain names that have value but very soon extensions will be semi-redundant as you will be able to have any extension you want although ".com" may still have an element of prestige about it. As from January (i think) the domain name http://learn.success will be valid. I own ContentGateway.co.uk - a few people have asked how I managed to get that domain but I don't think it's really worth anything, even the .com has limited value.

.co.uk domains are worthless.

I could set up mcdonalds.mydomain.com in 3 clicks.

net and org are really not worth much either. The coms are the only real value.

not sure what your point is :?:

When the new rules come into force there will be a few domain extensions people will rush to register such as surnames and popular brand names such as "ozzu" :?
