how do i start a internet company

i already have the idea and the page is being designed right now..What else?

OK, I'm sorry but I'm going to be brutally honest here: if you need to ask that kind of question, than you certainly aren't ready to start a company.

Next step is to make hundreds of thousands of copies of a flier advertising your company, then taking all of them up in a small airplane and dumping them out the door over the downtown district of any large city. And after that, buy a van with giant speakers on top and drive it around playing a recording of your own voice saying the url to your web page over and over and over and over and over again. But the best advertising would be to go to a tennis game or a golf match, strip down butt naked and run out in front of everybody and get in front of a camera and say the name of your company, then start running around some more.

For you to have a good internet company, don't ask that kind of question because you are telling us that you are not ready handling big business like this. Make a plan for your business. That's the first thing to do for you to have a concrete idea for your internet business.
