I'm no fitness expert, but isn't training only one part of your body generally a bad idea? Isn't it better to train all parts of the body over a longer period of time?

What about doing circuit training? Like go to the local high school running track, run a lap at full speed, then do some push ups, run another lap, then crunches, and so on.
Like Mr Spork, I also write about my interest in alcoholic beverages.
