For those of you unaware the emergency number in the UK is 999. This is fairly obvious when reading the article though.

No! that's Wales (country west of England). I live far enough away from there to make me feel happy. My country (if you didn't know) is north of England and shares no border to Wales.

oh dear, thats stupid, but the comments about people ringing the police for help, such as supermarket trolly change. I know someone who rang the police during a night on the town, because he wanted a lift home. In his defence, he was smashed lol
