Images wont load on a protected page

Hey, i have a members login section that is working but the page redirects to /modelspot.php, the images wont load.
I have tryed everything I know with no avail. (everything I know is not that much, still learning)
even when i link directly to image it still does not load.
when i direct browser directly to page, the images load
but when i login from index, they wont load.
Is it something to do with .htaccess?
If so how do I?
Or do i need to protect the /jtsmembers/modelspot/images directory

PLEASE HELP.
