The EU Commission will make an announcement later this week regarding Intel's supposed anti-competitive behaviors. According to the case, Intel "...illegally put pressure on PC vendors to use [Intel] chips rather than those of competitors". Under the ruling, Intel faces a fine of up to 10% of their annual revenue, which is close to $4 billion USD.

IMHO, given the size of the threat, Intel will most certainly appeal. What do they keep all those lawyers around for, anyways? :)
I'd love to change the world, but they won't give me the source code.

So when is the EU going to go after walmart for putting little mom & pop stores out of business?

You aren't by chance a conspiracy theorist, are you? I'm beginning to see a trend in your negativity ;)

Looks like the bad news is piling up for Intel lately.
Didn't they just goof up with Microsoft about the XP compatability mode of Windows 7 ?

As soon as they go after them for taking life insurance policies out on their elderly employees.
Strong with this one, the sudo is.

Me? Nooooo, no no no. But seriously though, Elvis isn't dead he's frozen and to keep people from finding out about it the Freemasons sent him to the galaxy Borlokuchokchok with the aliens and in the year 2038 they're going to bring him back to carry out their plan of world domination with walmart as their legitimate business front.
