That connection was a LAN connection, not an internet connection but what do you expect from a reporter?

Is that it? I thought the first internet was used during the war. The US military connects to a (insert term here) to get information. I can clearly remember that documentary about the internet when I was in college. (and mind you guys, that was just 3 years ago.) ^^

I quite enjoy the history of the internet. Actually, I suppose if you want to get technical about it the "conception" occurred in 1957 with the creation of ARPA. (It was about a 12 year pregnancy - lol)

I was surprised, also, that the first TLD's were implemented in 1985. Holy Cow!
