I am currenntly getting into web and graphic design.
I am new to the scene but I hope to be running a business in the near future.

Im not sure how this all works, but I am having problems and I cant seem to fix them. My internet is running very slow and I cant get msconfig to stay open and I cant get my Norton Antivirus turned on. I have run spysweeper, spybot and ad-aware, and they do not find anything. I am not a real technical person, so bear with me! Can anyone tell me what to do next??
