Hey everyone, my name is Joe and I live in Memphis, TN. I am a Help Desk at a Logistics company. We have a smaller staff of 8 people - 1 director, 3 programmers, 1 EDI specialist, 1 WAN engineer, 1 sys admin and myself. I do a little of everything with the exception of programming.
