Sorry Bogey, only just noticed this. However you're iPost was slightly offputting with the iSilly iI's in it 
Creating Ringtones isn't as easy as you might expect. I tried it once, but had to have a look somewhere for a description on how to, it basically required me converting 19 seconds (or thereabouts) of a song into a different file name.
This website seems to describe it pretty well...
