Iphone on Verizon? don't know.

Taking a look at news lately you shouldn't have missed the latest "report" that Verizon will get the iphone early 2011. Reading this article from PCWorld, I agreed with most of it, until they stated that android is catching iphone.

Want to know the statistic they used?
Sales? No.
Current Contracts? No.
Admob stats which is triggered by visiting admob sites? Yes.

Wait does that mean there are more android devices? Or just that in the last quarter, more android users accessed the internet where the admob scripts are?

How does this even remotely state anything besides "usage"?

I really hate when people stretch to try to prove a point. Iphone on verizon? Who knows, I won't be using PCWorld to follow it though.

Verizon is the only cell phone provider in my area and my wife really really wants an iphone, so that would be cool if they did go through with it.

iPhone on Verizon is certainly going to enhance the popularity of iPhone and AT&T's monopoly would come to an end.
