Well I heard it was Jack LaLanne's birthday today (actually it was the 26th). He is 95!

That's right, "The Juiceman", former world record holder for most push-ups in one hour (1001), is lookin' good at NINETY_FIVE!

Now if you'll excuse me I have to go throw some oranges and bananas in a blender...

I wasn't sure if he was still alive. That's cool. He was one of my dad's (former body builder when he was alive) heroes.

Oh, I never realized he was that power juicer guy! I always ran into his tv shopping whatever you call it, everytime I browse tv channels. Most of the people I know are already weak as early as age 70, Jack is a living proof (is he still alive, btw?) that living a healthy lifestyle will make our lives longer.
