Ah, I found an explanation. ::hugs Google:: I wish I could have been able to figure it out myself, though. :( Oh well.

Well, that's what the internet does, it makes one dumb and lazy. Why figure something out yourself if you can find it in a matter of moments with minimal thinking required? I probably wouldn't have gotten it anyway, I'm really not a math person (which is why I shall probably never be a very good programmer).

I've really only dealt with massive ammounts of math in game programs, alot of the other stuff is just -1 or +1 :-P

Heh, that's good to know. I am, however, trying to figure out a math related problem in the program that I am currently writing. It's for an online class that I'm taking (Haha, we're learning QBASIC, like that's going to come in handy. Oh well, nice, easy A). I understand how to program it, I just can't seem to figure out the formula for what I need. I just hope that I don't come across things this heavily related to math while programming things that can actually be useful to me.

I think the main reason that I couldn't figure that out myself was because I had no idea that 400 was a perfect square. Oh well, 'twas an interesting riddle!
