Hello all!

We just switched servers from Verio to GoDaddy.

Our site seems to be working correctly on GoDaddy except our login page...

it gives a Page Not Found error
The page you tried to access does not exist on this server. This page may not exist due to the following reasons:

1.You are the owner of this web site and you have not uploaded (or incorrectly uploaded) your web site. For information on uploading your web site using FTP client software or web design software, click here for FTP Upload Information.

2.The URL that you have entered in your browser is incorrect. Please re-enter the URL and try again.

3.The Link that you clicked on incorrectly points to this page. Please contact the owner of this web site to inform them of this situation.

So, being the novice that I am, I checked out #1, yes all my files are uploaded. Then checked #2 the URL is correct. And #3, the link appers to point to the correct page.

So, it is as I feared...something that is beyond my realm of understanding.

Anyone have any suggestions as to what the issue may be? And where I would go to fix it?

Thanks!

GoDaddy support is at this link: http://www.godaddy.com/gdshop/support.a ... 669&otab=0

And their 24x7 support phone number is (480) 505-8877

But first I'd make sure that the script that runs is in the right directory that it is suppose to be in.

Not sure as to which directory it should be in...I am quite the neophyte.

I will send this onto GoDaddy...crossing my fingers.

Thanks a lot!

What type of programming is the login script using? If it's a CGI script it needs to be in whatever directory godaddy has for Cgi and you'll need to alter your link to point to that directory.

It appears to be written in JavaScript. Does that go into a different directory?

No. That could be used anywhere. I'm pretty much with kc0tma. You most likely uploaded the file to the wrong directory.

The same situation happened to me before.
I wrote to Godaddy Support for help, but didn't find out the root cause.

And the real problem is:
When I changed over to new dedicated IP and installed SSL,all the data would renew automatically because I also use Godaddy hosting.
* Before above update happens,I enabled my Zen-cart template"enable SSL":this is just the action which damaged my Login page.

I got much help from Zen-cart forum.

My solution to solve this issue is:
Check "configure.php"data,and correct it manually.

Or, I suggest you to cover by your backup data( remember to backup your original data before any change ).

GoodLuck!
