I just installed Kaspersky now problems

I just installed something called kaspersky and my fire wall on it is not working... What should I do to get it working... It should be working it was part of the program.

Do I just re-install?

And if that does not work, what next?

We tried a demo version of kapersky at my old job, but went with trendmicro instead because of its integration with our watchguard appliance. But if you have paid for kapersky, they ought to have some sort of online support you can ask for help from, or at least a whitepaper to read or something.

I use it on my pc and it works fine, email to the support team
