f2 key popped off

hey guys, please help...

My dog jumped on my laptop and i ended up with the f2 key broken, i have been trying to fix it but it just won't go back, it even has a bit crack on it , what else can i do to fix the key?

Kind of tough to say without at least some photos, or an elaborate description of how the keyboard looks.

You can also simultaneously press the f button and the 2 button and it will do the same thing.

kyle98 - I feel your pain: my laptop is missing the 2, 3, and 0 keys (completely gone, and I can't remember where I put 'em), and the tab key comes off sometimes. My recommendation is to just learn to live with it - I've gotten used to pushing the little buttons underneath where the keys were. It took a little bit, but now it's just as comfortable as hitting a regular key, more or less.

Getting keys back on a laptop - usually - just doesn't work out very well, especially if the key itself is damaged.
